Löv is the world’s most portable sauna. It is designed to be easy to carry on your back and bring along in the car, on a boat, or on adventures such as camping, fishing trips, or mountain hikes. Despite its portable design, it can reach temperatures above 80°C and delivers a real sauna experience wherever you are.

Löv is designed to be as portable as possible. The tent comes in a bag and easily fits in a car, boat, or camper van. This means you can carry the sauna on your back to places such as:

- the mountains
- camping trips
- the beach
- fishing trips

It takes about 10 minutes to set up Löv.

We recommend being two people for an even smoother setup. Once you're done with the sauna session, the tent can be packed down just as quickly.

With dry firewood, it usually takes 15–20 minutes to reach sauna temperatures around 80°C, depending on the weather and outdoor temperature.

If you want even higher temperatures, simply add more firewood.

Löv fits 2–4 people.

Yes! If you already have a stove from Näver or Björk, it will work perfectly in the Löv tent as well. Keep in mind that the tent is designed for a smaller stove, so the layout inside will not be completely optimal — but it works well.

Yes, Löv works great in winter as well, and the stove quickly heats up the tent even when it is cold outside. Many people actually think sauna tents are at their best in winter when you can combine sauna sessions with snow baths or ice baths.
Since Löv is designed to be as portable as possible, it is not optimized for permanent setups. We recommend taking the tent down between uses.

No. A sauna tent is considered a portable structure, which means it normally does not require a building permit. This allows you to set up the sauna tent almost anywhere, for example in your garden, at your summer house, by a lake, or out in nature.
